How do I contact Hammersmith® Community Care?

Our Community Care Team can be reached at 303.980.0700 or CommunityCare@eHammersmith.com. 

Our phone lines are open Monday through Friday 7:00am to 8:00pm, and Saturday & Sunday 8:00am to 8:00pm. 

Our offices are open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, except on observed holidays and closures due to company meetings.

Can I pay my assessments online?

Once logged in, click on the MAKE A PAYMENT page. You will have available options to set up Auto-Draft, Recurring eCheck payments, or single eCheck payments at no additional cost. You may also pay using a debit or credit card, but third party processing fees may apply. 

What if I do not have login credentials, or I am having trouble logging in?

How do I make a payment?

Log into the Website and click the green “Make a Payment" to the right of your Account Balance.

How do I submit a service/maintenance request or another question?

Log into the Website, select "My Items", then select "Submit a Request".
